What we do

 The Ancaster Music Society is a project of The Great Lakes Music Makers-a group of music and business professionals who have come together to create a special series of concerts, musical events and seminars at the Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre.

The concerts serve several purposes:

•  to promote high-quality classical music 
• to provide performance opportunities for classical musicians in a superb location
• to bring smaller, interesting and varied groups of artists with classical and crossover styles for the benefit of the community
• to provide opportunities for participation by music teachers and students
• to highlight local community and businesses through the concert venue.
